Born and raised in Colchester, Vermont, Kayla brings lifelong local knowledge and a client-first approach to every transaction. A graduate of Utica College, she served as captain of the women’s ice hockey team, where she developed the leadership, discipline, and teamwork that continue to shape her professional approach to serving buyers and sellers.

Since becoming licensed in 2021, Kayla has successfully represented clients in more than $5.2 million in real estate transactions while helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. She has a particular passion for working with first-time homebuyers and investors, helping them identify opportunities to build long-term wealth through thoughtful real estate decisions.
